Wilderness Advanced First Aid
Wilderness Advanced First Aid (WAFA) course teaches in-depth, hands-on skills for stabilizing and treating medical and trauma emergencies in remote settings where help is hours or days away, covering patient assessment, improvisation, environmental issues (hypothermia, heat illness), and evacuation planning, bridging the gap between basic first aid and higher-level wilderness medicine.
